LIVE ART PAINTING at the Station coming soon!
Painting is the way I express myself. Life gives us so much inspiration through experience along our journeys. For me navigating the vast experiences of my 55 years through paint has been cathartic at times, and sheer joy most of the time. I approach my easel and canvas with raw emotion, and what comes out is always something to celebrate. I paint lots of subjects, typically the sublime. Faces, figures, architecture, animals, landscapes and even a simple still life —I find beauty! My style is typically fairly loose, textural, even luscious. I paint large scale all the way down to tiny canvases, whatever my mood or assignment. What one feels from viewing my art means a lot to me. At times it’s tears, sometimes an ahhh, but most of the time joy. After doing this for 32 years, this never gets old.
